About the Role

Are you a seasoned leader passionate about driving large-scale digital transformations with SAP? We are seeking an
exceptional SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to steer our journey to a cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public
edition (release 2408) environment. This is more than just a project management role; it's about orchestrating a
fundamental shift in how we operate, leveraging modern agile principles to deliver value iteratively and efficiently. You
will be the central figure, connecting strategic vision with practical execution, ensuring our S/4HANA Cloud
implementation – with its strong emphasis on Service-Centric ERP – realizes its full potential.
Roles & Responsibilities
 Strategic Program Leadership: Defining, planning, and overseeing the entire SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation
program, aligning it with overall business objectives and ensuring adherence to the "clean core" philosophy inherent in
public cloud ERP.
 Agile Transformation & Governance: Championing and embedding agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe
principles) across the program. This includes establishing agile governance frameworks, facilitating cross-functional
team collaboration, managing program-level backlogs, ensuring sprint integrity, and fostering a culture of continuous
feedback and improvement.
 Scope Management & Prioritization: Working closely with business stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize the
program's scope, which spans across critical areas such as Finance, Sourcing & Procurement, Sales, Service,
R&D/Engineering, and Data Management. You'll navigate complexities in areas like Convergent Invoicing,
Subscription Management, and IFRS Revenue Recognition.
 Integrated Delivery Orchestration: Coordinating multiple workstreams (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Master Data,
Analytics, Integration, Change Management) to ensure a cohesive and synchronized delivery. You'll oversee the
implementation of core capabilities, including Data Migration, Master Data Integration, & leveraging Embedded
Analytics.
 Complex Integration Oversight: Managing the integration of S/4HANA Cloud with a diverse ecosystem of existing
and new systems. Your purview will include critical connections with applications like Cevinio, Genesys, internal
systems (e.g., EDH, CBP, CDB, MBA), Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other SAP systems (BI, FIN, HR). You'll also
oversee the strategic use of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for extensions and integrations.
 Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks and impediments,
ensuring timely resolution to keep the program on track.
 Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Building strong relationships with executive sponsors, business
leaders, functional teams, technical experts, and external partners. You'll ensure transparent and effective
communication across all levels, managing expectations and fostering alignment.
 Budget & Resource Management: Overseeing the program budget, resource allocation, and overall financial
performance, ensuring efficient utilization of investments.
 Vendor & Partner Management: Managing relationships and performance of implementation partners and third-party
vendors.
 Change Leadership: Acting as a key driver of organizational change, ensuring that the business is ready to embrace
new processes and technologies introduced by the S/4HANA Cloud transformation.
What You Bring to the Table:
 Proven Program Management Excellence: Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) leading large, complex ERP
implementation programs, with a significant portion specifically in SAP environments.
 Deep SAP S/4HANA Cloud Expertise: A strong track record of successfully managing SAP S/4HANA Cloud (public
edition) implementations. You understand the nuances of cloud-first deployments, fit-to-standard approaches, and the
quarterly release cycle.
 Agile Leadership DNA: Demonstrated experience leading programs or large projects using agile methodologies
(Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). You're adept at servant leadership, fostering self-organizing teams, managing agile
ceremonies, and driving continuous delivery.

 Integration Acumen: A solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and experience managing complex
integration landscapes involving SAP and non-SAP systems, ideally with exposure to SAP BTP as an integration and
extension platform.
 Functional Breadth: While not a functional expert in every module, you possess a strong understanding of core SAP
ECC/S/4HANA functional areas such as Finance, Sourcing & Procurement, Sales, and Service, and how they
interrelate.
 Exceptional Communication & Influence: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. You can articulate
complex strategic and technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence decisions at all levels of an organization.
 Resilience & Problem-Solving: You thrive in dynamic environments, possessing a proactive mindset for identifying
challenges and a pragmatic approach to developing solutions.
 Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the big picture, anticipate future needs, and align the program's direction with
long-term business goals.
 Relevant Certifications: Program/Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) and Agile certifications (e.g.,
CSM, SAFe Program Consultant) are highly valued.
